SHIPPING INFO

I ship all orders Monday-Friday and aim to ship within 3 business days of order placement. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. 

If you purchased a "Made-to-Order" item, your order will be shipped once it has been made. Please allow 4-6 weeks of production time, plus extra time for packing and shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

Can I pick up my order if I live in the area? 

Of course! If you live in the Portland, OR area and would like to pick up your order to save money on shipping, feel free to enter the code 'local' in the shopping cart at checkout to waive shipping costs and I will reach out to you to coordinate a time for pick-up at my studio at 323 NE Wygant St. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Not at this time. I currently only ship within the United States, but plan to offer international shipping in the near future. 

What happens if my purchase gets lost or damaged in shipping? 

If your purchase arrives broken, please email me within 3 business days of it’s arrival and include a photo of the damage in it’s packaging. I will either refund you or send you a piece of similar value. Every shipment is insured against damage up to $50 by USPS. If your package is lost or stolen during shipment, please contact USPS directly with the shipping information.

When will I receive my "Made-to-Order" purchase?

Do you take wholesale orders?

At the moment, I don't currently have the production capacity to take on any new wholesale clients. If you'd like to get on my waitlist, please reach out to me (Jen) through my 'Get in touch' page and introduce yourself. 

Do you make custom orders?

While I love to do wholesale orders and working with folks to make something special, unfortunately I don't currently have the time needed to custom orders into my production schedule.  

Are your ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes! Stone & Sage Ceramics are made of durable stoneware and food-safe glaze made for daily use. All pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe. The only items that aren't microwave safe are the silicone lid and sleeve on the travel mugs.

What's the best way to care for my handmade ceramics? 

It’s totally safe to clean your ceramics in the dishwasher, however the dishwasher can be pretty hard on dishware in general so it’s recommended to hand wash your pottery in order to make sure it has a long and happy life. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges? 

Because Stone & Sage is such a small business, I’m unfortunately not able to accept returns and all sales are final. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, each item is unique with individual differences in color, size, and design. The photos on my website are representational of my designs and variations from the online images are to be expected. However, I truly appreciate everyone who supports my work by purchasing my ceramics, so if you have a serious problem with your purchase, please email me within 3 days of it’s arrival and we can discuss it further.
